Located on the ground floor of CHST, Angels & Gypsies exudes a warm pilgrims welcome, as if on the the road to Santiago ; with magical stained glass, Church Pews lining weathered brickwork, a façade of elegant hand painted tiles panelling the bar and majestic iberico Jamons hanging by the window.
Inspired by childhood flavours of the North Spain and the Mediterranean, the Angels & Gypsies kitchen offers creative Tapas comfort in the ‘Village Style’
Everything is prepared from scratch on site, using fresh wholesome seasonal ingredients; from the organic sourdough baked daily to the house made ice cream churned with organic Neal’s yard cream there is nothing bought in frozen or processed from another kitchen.
